Beach

Beach day (before we realized the phone was there and broken)....kinda ruined the night.

I think they enjoyed this too.  The only wrench since driving was that my 15 year old brought the phone I just gave him onto the beach.  It's in rice  and a Motorola X is supposed to be  okay getting damp, and that is barely what it got if  any, but it died right away.  There's a rustish color coming out between the case of it.  He'll  be buying the next himself.  I cannot afford another phone after Cole  and I just needed one each.

Anyways, the shows were good.  It's a small, hands on, aquarium with rescues, bit sometimes that's  nicer.  The sea lion and bottlenose meet and greets  were good. Chelsi loved hers since she was the only one.  I'll have to load the pictures they gave us later.

 Chelsi got to go upfront to give directions to the dolphins.

They liked the stingrays too.

Island Time Photos

Cole helped me get the pics off the iPod.   Apparently, I hit video instead of photos at some point.  The things in our hands are sea urchins.  Then there's Chase paddleboarding.

Picking  up.  Every drive took an hour plus longer due to the holiday, etc.  We were
 in New Orleans for a tour but had to leave as soon as it started because Kaelin got sick.  That was a big bummer.  I really wanted them to see St. Louis Cemetery 1 and try the beignets at Cafe du Monde.  Not much you can  do though.  She was fine back in the car out of the heat.....and we had lots of water for her.

We did a tour with Island Time today and it was FUN!  We snorkeled.  Even Jaemin tried it.  They picked up sea urchins, starfish, sand dollars, etc.  Chase even tried paddle boarding and did great, but those pictures are on the iPod since  we brought it in a waterproof  case.  The kids went down  a waterside off the boat.  Then on the way back we all blew into a conch shell.  They played lots of music and the girls hoola hooped to YMCA.  They played another song that apparently Jaemin knew but I was laughing too hard to get my phone out.  Everyone enjoyed watching Jaemin dance.  Good first day and we still get to go to dinner and back to the beach.
